The rock n’ roll quartet celebrates the old rock n’ roll virtues with their combination of classic rock and rhythm and blues.

Highway Child had their debut at Roskilde Festival in 2009. The following year they released their debut album “On the Old Kings Road”. Since their debut they have played more than 70 concerts and have received great reviews for their albums and their live performances.

The band won the award for Rock Name of the Year at the Underground Music Awards in 2009. The acknowledged German label ElektroHasch released both the debut album and second album of Highway Child with much success. Highway Child has played at several festivals in Germany like Burg Hertzberg Festival and Pösinger Open Air.

Highway Child released the self-titled album “Highway Child” in 2011 which also became their last album as the band decided to separate the following year.
